I completed my studies at Corvinus University of Budapest and began my career in Human Resources while still at university, working as an in-house HR professional. Since 2020, I have been working in HR consulting, first at Finacont and later at WTS Klient Hungary. During this period, thanks to my strong command of English, my primary focus has been providing labour law advisory services to international clients, as well as supporting the implementation and audit of online time and attendance systems. In recent years, I have also taken on a supervisory role, supporting, mentoring and contributing to the professional development of junior colleagues.

Balázs Kovács

I started working at the company in the field of accounting in 2013. Over the years, I have gained experience across all areas of accounting, working with both Hungarian small and medium‑sized enterprises and international companies. Process simplification and the reduction of errors resulting from manual procedures have always been of particular interest to me and have increasingly become part of my responsibilities. In 2021, I joined the company’s Fiona project, which simplifies invoice processing and approval for our clients through automation. Since 2023, I have been leading this project. Over the years, we have implemented the system at more than one hundred companies and continuously ensure its proper operation.

I have been a member of the WTS Klient Business Advisory Ltd. team since 2018, during which time I have gained comprehensive experience in the accounting and financial processes of small and medium‑sized enterprises. In the course of my work, I have been involved in providing full‑scope accounting support to companies operating in various industries, which has enabled me to develop a broad understanding of the specific characteristics and challenges of different business models. Since 2022, I have been working as a Manager, a role in which I am responsible not only for managing complex professional tasks, but also for coordinating teams and developing client relationships. I place strong emphasis on delivering high‑quality services, meeting deadlines, and creating real business value for our clients. I started my career at WTS Klient Hungary as an intern in 2008 and over the years became a key member of the compliance group within the Tax Consulting business line, currently working as a Manager. I completed my studies at Budapest Business School and Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest and later obtained my qualification as a tax adviser. My work primarily focuses on the preparation of tax returns, international VAT matters and the fiscal representation of foreign companies. In this context, I play an active role in coordinating administrative and authority-related processes connected to VAT registrations. Throughout my career, I have gained significant experience in an international environment, where accuracy and reliability are essential requirements.

From the very beginning of my career, accounting has shaped my professional path, which over the years has expanded to include accounting advisory services and the extensive practical application of rules related to IFRS accounting. I joined the accounting team of WTS Klient Hungary in 2018, and since 2022, I have been supporting the work of the team serving primarily English‑speaking international clients as one of the directors of the accounting business line. As an economist, an IFRS‑certified chartered accountant and a tax adviser, it is important to me that high professional standards are combined with a supportive and people‑centred working environment. Szabolcs Szeles

I started my career in Germany, where I gained significant professional experience in an international environment in the fields of financial advisory and accounting. I joined WTS Klient Hungary in 2006, where I played an active role in the development of the financial management and accounting business lines. From 2019 onwards, as a Partner, I was involved in building significant international client relationships, while also being responsible for the professional leadership of complex accounting, reporting and due diligence projects. Today, as a Senior Partner, I also oversee the digital solutions business line, with a particular focus on the integration of financial and IT systems, supporting digital transformation processes, and coordinating the professional delivery of innovative business solutions developed for clients. In addition, I play a key role in the long-term development of the company’s internal operations and processes. It is especially important to me that high-level professional expertise is combined with systems-oriented thinking, openness to technology and sustainable operations.

I am an economist and tax adviser, and I started my professional career as an intern in the tax team of WTS Klient Hungary in 2006. I have gained experience across several tax areas, with transfer pricing advisory being one of my key focus areas. During my career, I worked for two years in London as a tax adviser, primarily dealing with corporate and real estate tax matters, and I also spent four months with the transfer pricing team of WTS Germany in Munich. Since 2022, I have been Head of Tax Services at WTS Klient Hungary as a Partner. I carry out my work in both English and German. I was recognised in ITR World Tax Leaders 2025 and 2026 with a “Highly regarded” ranking in the category indirect tax, placing me among the nine leading indirect tax advisers in Hungary.

Zita Szabados

I have been working in the field of taxation since 2004. I started my career at a large public service company, then joined the WTS Klient Hungary team as a tax adviser in 2008. Using my knowledge of German, I gained my professional experience mainly in the areas of VAT, corporate income tax, and personal income tax, providing advisory and compliance services to foreign companies registered in Hungary and foreign individuals. I often deal with tax authority inquiries related to these areas, so I also have significant experience in supporting tax authority procedures and audits. Currently, as a Manager, I assist the compliance department of WTS Klient Business Advisory Ltd., where, in addition to consulting, my work also includes tax return and reporting tasks related to clients’ tax obligations in Hungary and liaising with the authorities.

Since 2015, I have been working in the field of transfer pricing. During the first six years of my career, I gained my professional experience at a Big4 advisory firm. Over the years, I gained comprehensive expertise in the preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation, as well as in supporting transfer pricing consulting projects. In addition to my qualification as a certified tax adviser, I obtained a transfer pricing expert qualification in 2025. I currently support our clients as a Transfer Pricing Manager at WTS Klient Business Advisory Ltd., assisting them in preparing documentation in line with the regulations, resolving transfer pricing matters, and providing professional support during tax audits.

Regina Sipos

Financial Management Services

I studied Accounting and Finance at Corvinus University of Budapest between 2006 and 2009. After graduating, I joined Finacont in 2009, where I worked for 14 years, most recently as a Senior Accounting Manager. In 2023, I joined WTS Klient Hungary following the acquisition of the company, where I currently serve as Director responsible for the professional management of financial outsourcing services within the Financial Management business line. In my work, I have often focused on aligning the financial operations of companies operating across multiple countries, where ensuring consistent reporting and the coordinated functioning of systems has been of key importance.
