As an established leader in the market, we open a new office in Debrecen, Hungary and continually expand our service portfolio in response to client needs, including the launch of our Strategic Advisory, State Aid and Incentives, and Digital Solutions divisions.
WTS Klient Hungary embarked on a significant growth journey through strategic acquisitions, first becoming the owner of Finacont Kft., followed by the VGD group of companies. In the same year, WTS Legal was also established, expanding our service portfolio to include legal services.
The members of the Klient Group merged under the name WTS Klient Business Advisory Ltd., enabling our company to provide comprehensive business advisory services from a single source.
ARX Equity Partners, a financial investor, acquired a majority stake in our holding company, resulting in a transformation of both the ownership and management structure.<br />
Klient Kft. joined the international WTS Global network, which provides tax advisory and related services in more than 100 countries. As a result, we are able to offer our clients fast, accurate, and reliable expert support in cross-border matters as well.
Due to continuous growth and the increasing number of employees, Klient relocated to the modern StefániaPark office building on Stefánia street in Budapest.<br />
Under the leadership of Tamás Gyányi, now Senior Partner, and with a small team of dedicated experts, Klient launched its tax consulting business line.
Klient Kft. was founded by György Kőrösi and Zoltán Lambert, offering accounting and payroll services, mainly for German-owned companies.
