I started my career as an accountant in 1996 and worked between 1998 and 2001 as part of the Budapest team of Ernst & Young, where I gained substantial experience with international clients. After managing a small accounting firm that primarily served English-speaking clients, I joined Klient in 2003 as a partner, which at that time primarily served German clients. As Partner, Head of the company’s largest business line, accounting, I have for many years been working on both a strategic and operational level to ensure that our accounting services represent the highest possible quality. I am responsible for the professional leadership of four directors, and my team comprises more than one hundred accountants dedicated to serving our clients. As a leader, I place particular emphasis on supporting my team’s professional development and fostering a strong culture of collaboration. I actively participate in shaping client relationships and the strategic development of services in both Hungarian and English.
