I joined WTS Klient Hungary shortly after the company was founded in 1998, as one of its first payroll professionals, and have been working in the payroll field here ever since. Throughout my career, I have obtained qualifications in payroll administration, accounting and social security administration, while continuously expanding my professional expertise through ongoing training and self-development. I find payroll particularly rewarding, as the constantly evolving regulatory environment presents new professional challenges on a regular basis. Working on the service provider side, my primary focus is always on our clients’ interests, while paying close attention to ensuring that employee perspectives are also taken into account. I firmly believe that the best solutions are those that not only ensure compliance with legal requirements, but also provide fair and predictable outcomes for both employers and employees. Drawing on more than 25 years of experience, I now support both our clients and colleagues in my role as Senior Manager.
