I studied at Zsigmond Király College and Corvinus University of Budapest, while my professional perspective has been shaped by diverse experience gained across multiple industries. My key areas of expertise include organisational development, leadership development, change management, and the design of employee retention strategies. Since 2022, I have been part of WTS Klient Hungary, where, alongside leading the HR team and shaping the HR strategy, I focus on developing organisational culture and supporting leadership. I strongly believe in a coaching mindset, open dialogue, and that effective HR does not merely provide frameworks, but creates real opportunities for growth.
